Designed for children ages 4–5, this class helps young learners develop emotional awareness, focus, and self-regulation in a fun and nurturing environment.

Each session blends mindful activities, gentle movement, and story time, providing children with the tools to calm their bodies and minds while having fun with their caregivers. One parent or guardian must stay with their child during class, making this a beautiful shared experience for both.
